Shipping costs at this store will depend on your shipping address, weight of the products or your shopping subtotal, and whether or not you choose express shipping. Please allow 2-4 weeks (about 15 - 20 business days) for all international shipping. Learn more

Orders are normally declined under one or more of the following conditions.

1. The billing address you provided in your account does not match the billing address on your credit card statement.
2. The CVV code was entered incorrectly
3. There are not enough funds in your card to cover the purchase

If your order was declined, you can sign into your account, and try and repay the order after you have corrected one or more of the above.

Resources can be returned, based on our Refund policy, in resalable order, within 30 days, or according to the individual product return date, for a full refund or exchange (minus the shipping fees). Contact our Care Team to initiate a refund.

The First Fruits of Zion distribution center is open during the following hours. At these times you will be able to speak to the Administrative Care Team or other staff members:

Is this store operational on Shabbat/Saturday?

In accordance with the commandment of Shabbat, First Fruits of Zion staff members do not work during Shabbat. However, due to the electronic nature of this store, all the purchase functions of the store are fully functional and are not shut down for different Shabbat times across the globe.
