Discounts, and Coupon Code Usage

Instructions for using a coupon code to receive a discount

Coupon codes are used at our Store to offer selected resources at special discounts, or to give special discounts to member groups or individuals. To receive a coupon code discount, you have to apply the code before you submit your payment, and verify that you see the discount amount applied to your billing amount.

We do not refund discounts if you failed to follow these instructions.

Discounts are good while supplies last or until withdrawn by FFOZ. This store reserves the right to modify or cancel discounts at any time.

There are two places where you can apply a coupon code.

  1. On the VIEW CART page
  2. On the SECURE CHECKOUT page

Below are detailed screenshots of how to enter and apply a coupon code on any of these two pages.

Start by clicking on the main green Shopping Cart button on any page and on the dropdown screen, click either VIEW CART or SECURE CHECKOUT.

OPTION 1: ON THE VIEW CART PAGE

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the items listed in your cart
  2. Enter the coupon code
  3. Click on the arrow button to apply the code

After applying the coupon code, you will see the following confirmation details:


OPTION 2: ON THE SECURE CHECKOUT PAGE

  1. In the sidebar in the Order Summary box, enter the coupon code
  2. Click on the arrow button to apply the code
